No Templates: My Website Journey

In January I discovered the "old web" and how much it was thriving on Neocities. I’d been missing the customizable nature of Bebo, MySpace, and those old personal websites — just for fun, not for algorithms. They’re time capsules! So I started learning to code. It’s been hard, and I’ve had to grab help from all over the internet, but I’m proud of how far I’ve come. I’ve enjoyed making backgrounds and icons — even when things don’t work! I’m still figuring out how to embed this blog… fingers crossed!
